When I picked up my car the thermostat heat and fan was turned up to high. WHY????? Then had an issue starting!! Most importantly engine running was awful . Engine wasn’t that bad when I pulled over and called for towing! My mistake was allowing it to be towed to their garage !!! What should have happened WAS garage should have CALLED ME AFTER DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND LETTING ME KNOW THE COST BEFORE DOING WORK which ended up a waste of 500 dollars. This place CANNOT DO ENGINE REPAIR especially anything major WISH I COULD POST A negative star because one is more credit than they deserve

I made an insurance claim after my vehicle was in an accident, and at first this mechanic seemed professional—responses within a day or two, polite, and willing to help. But the moment my wife and I paid the full deductible, he completely disappeared. No updates, no answers, nothing. Our car sat in his shop for almost 7 months with virtually no communication. I understand not being able to work on the car until we gave him the deductible, but we texted him multiple times over several weeks at a time with zero response. It wasn’t until we finally threatened legal action, then magically, the car was “ready.” When we picked up the vehicle, the inside was still covered in glass shards, which is not only lazy but extremely unsafe. After nearly seven months of being ignored, this was completely unacceptable. The entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and felt incredibly shady. If you value communication, honesty, and basic reliability, look anywhere else. I would never trust this shop again.

Highly recommend! We first took our truck to another mechanic who charged us and 2 days later it was messed up agian so we called Fitzpatrick, they were affordable and even brought our truck to us when it was fixed since we lived close by and it was our only vehicle.
