A young man reported that he did not receive a receipt when his motorcycle was towed. He did receive one when he asked for a receipt. Actually on same day that he left his review. Affordable Towing has no reason not to provide a receipt if asked for one. The young man also failed to report that Affordable Towing took the time and care to bring a motorcycle trailer to transport his cycle, rather than hauling it on the tow truck.

Just got extorted out of $100 by Affordable Towing and Recovery, on Christmas Eve. Don’t ever do business with them. They sit across or around from spots marked with signs, you can’t see, and as soon as you run in to grab coffee at Starbucks, within 10 seconds was already walking out, left the Truck running, he had whipped around and had my front wheels locked. Said he’s either taking my truck or wants $100 dollars. Said this prey activity was legal. How’s this legal. What authority do they have to extort people with threats of towing. Merry Christmas to us. Hope they sleep good at night preying on people.

Horrible company that preys on people just looking to make a quick dollar! Says he was called in to tow but actually WAS NOT! Took it soon himself to tow a car that literally was parked for less than 5 minutes! Other people that witnessed stated he sits and waits for someone to park in the parking lot of Commonwealth connections then tows their car soon as the walk off! So be aware if parking there! Wheels was not even off the ground still refused to not tow the car.
