I'm so hacked off with the service Clay's Auto gave me because at first they were professional and kind. Then all of it changed when they damaged my car! At first I forgot which service towed my car. Then, I found them! My 2011 Chevy Transverse LT's fuel pump went out in Springfield TN. 431 church paid these guys to tow my vehicle back to Morgantown KY. My wife with a heart condition and one of my best friends had to ride back in the car on the tow truck. When we were dropped off at my apartment I didn't notice anything off. The very next day when I tried to start my car it blew due to the lack of oil. I then noticed the giant oil leak where my car was parked. When I called and talked to Clay's Auto body and towing, they insist at first as long as I have proof they will pay for the damages. When I got the proof, their tone changed and insisted they had nothing to do with it! They even made fun of me because it was a free ride! Like I wanted something for nothing! I will take them to court, however until then I want people to know the truth about their shady business!

I was so excited to get my car back and I have to say Im very particular ? and they absolutely knocked my socks off!! The car absolutely looks even better than it did before the deer. I cant say enough how much I appreciate them their hard dedication to my vehicle. They went above and beyond my expectations just being a great environment of people and super proficient!! ? Hands down recommend Clays Auto Body in Russellville!

Top-notch on the repairs and I really appreciate how they stepped in with the insurance people to make sure everything got taken care of. They even washed it! Definitely recommend!!
