I used Flips Recovery and Towing for a long-distance haul of my luxury vehicle from KY to VA (600 miles) - and they were fantastic! Marion was a real pleasure to work with - he provided great communication throughout the process, was incredibly patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) and gave me regular and frequent updates throughout the trip so I knew where he was at all times and when he was planning to deliver my vehicle. Marion provided door-to-door delivery. In addition, when he picked up the vehicle, he conducted a thorough inspection and even looked into a few things on the vehicle as a favor to me. Today my husband and I broke a drive shaft on our 69 Mustang. We were 3 hours from home. These guys answered our call, picked our car up immediately with a flatbed. They were very careful and stored our car until we returned with a truck to bring it home. The owner even helped my husband load it onto our trailer. Thanks for great service!!
