I was recommended to go here by a friend after I got into a car accident. Was waiting for almost an hour with no acknowledgement, even though one of the guys came and helped a girl waiting before me. I felt it was rude to see me waiting and not tell me that they would be with me in a minute or ask me what I needed help with, for an almost an hour. Will be finding somewhere else to go.
