I have been going Jena Service Center for years but most recently to get the air checked and filled in my tires. I have one tire, for some reason, that runs low on a pretty regular basis. I have had the tires replaced, gotten them rotated (all at Jena Service Center under previous management) and that one tire still leaks air. This has been going on since I purchased the vehicle new, back in 2014, and I believe it's a defect in the rim. Anyway, I pop into Jena Service Center and ask them to check my tires and air it (them) up. Been doing this for over a decade and have always been greeted with a smile and professionalism. The owners have changed, but there's always helpful and courteous staff there to help me.

They have some of the most knowledgeable mechanics and best people you could ever want working for them. Worth every penny, especially if you have an older model vehicle. I don't give five star reviews to mechanics very often, but they deserve every part of this!!!

They did a great job putting exhaust on my truck but I order tips and they never got them . It's been several months now and still no tips but they offered to put some on if I ordered them myself .
