The gentlemen, and I mean gentlemen, here are outstanding in the services they provide, in addition to being polite and never a foul word out of any of them. Normally they have you drive your own car in, wait in the car while they work on it and back it out yourself which is what I usually do. Yesterday I requested Josh back my car out as the ramp.has expected ice on it and my car is not good on ice. Not only did he do perfectly as asked, another technician extended his arm to assist me in walking up to the lot where Josh had turned my car around and backed to us so I didn't have to walk around the car to the driver's side. Great place for tires and tire repair.

They charge full price for a used part and all I asked for was a sway bar and they said it was too hard to get off. I work on my car and the one I wanted the part off daily it takes me 10 minutes to get a sway bar on and off with no power tools. I understand the cars are not lifted but they have equipment to move the cars or a jack to lift the car.
