Tried to charge $1200 for getting car out of snowbank, then 911 operator mediated and we got the price down to... A bit less than $800. Even though we were quoted at $500-$800. Apparently it wasn't $500 because two vehicles were sent out, but we were already informed of that, so they never should have given that range at all. Just a stupid and childish manager at this place, whoever we called. But let it be known that the guys who actually helped us were saints. They did an amazing job and even turned the car around for us (it was a very tight space). So thank you for that. That's why it's two stars. Also, for the record, it didn't take too long for them to arrive. But considering they weren't very far away by Maine standards, that's not a huge ask. I am still grateful though considering what a lot of companies get away with up here...

We were up visiting from MA. Our car slid off and icy snowy dirt road and down in a ditch. Cliff was great! He got us out and to a paved street so we could get back home. And they take AAA! Best possible turnout for us.

Chip and his team are nothing short of professional and timely. I’ve seen them help others many times. Today it was my turn…. Pulled to the side to let a tailgater by in a snow storm on Rt9, and got sucked into the ditch. Chip dispatched promptly, and the driver arrived quickly. The drive was clear with instruction and got us back on the road FAST! THANK YOU
