I recently ordered new tires to be installed at Brewer Walmart. Shortly after leaving, my tire light came on so I headed back that way. None of my tires had been inflated with the same PSI of air. When I parked and was getting ready to go ask them to correct this, I was informed by an employee to go to “one of the tire places down the road or Lowe’s free air pump” because the team was busy. After just paying 900$ for tires and service, I find this to be an unacceptable response.

If I could give a zero I would. I bought my tiers online and prepaid for my service. When I got there and they started to work on my car they snapped a bolt and stated that they could not fix it and would not put the new tires on. They stated I need to take my car over to VIP and pay 200 bucks to them to fix it. I have been fighting for 2 weeks to get my money back and when I talked to Walmart today they stated they would not cover the 200 dollars to fix what they broke. DO NOT USE WALMART for any auto service this has been the worse experience ever and now tiers are going to to coast ke over $800 dollars
