I just handed the guy there a slip for just under $10. My father cashed in at two different bins and it was worth over $5. The I handed him a bag full of liquor return bottles. He gave me $10. When I questioned him on it he yelled at me said it that's what you get, if you have an issue bring your bottles back somewhere else. I should have gotten about $17. He was irritated that we went in there near the end of closing time even though we left at 4:40 and decided it was okay to steal $7 from me. It was far from the first time he didn't give me my correct amount, but he never took $7 out of my returns thinking I wouldn't notice. I just never used to say anything because I didn't think it was worth $2 to argue with some thief. Taking 40% of my money though is above and beyond. This gentleman to use the word lightly only post this when the female who owns the store is not there with him. If she is there I have never had an issue but anytime he's alone he steals. I hope everyone reads this

My husband enjoyed going to Biddeford Bottle & Can Redemption Center. So friendly settings. Especially their dogs he loved to pat. My husband had collapsed, with a heart attack, the owner, helped him with CPR, kept him breathing till the Police and Ambulance came. A remarkable woman, such a caring heart. My Family are so Thankful for being there for him. Thank you both so much, with caring and inspiring hearts.

Please allow me to express my own opinions about my own experiences with that place. Three was an old man working there,and he seemed to be having issues with people using shopping carts for some odd reason,and he went as far as to telling me to not return and making a threat of calling the police on me if I did. I managed to keep myself under control,but there is no doubt that how I was treated before leaving was not fair,and not very nice. I politely request that you do something to make things better for people like me. If not,then the possibility of a call to The Better Business Bureau along with a possibility of a lawsuit and a day in the courtroom might become reality one day,and that place might wind up getting shut down before you know it. Please do better. Two stars for you. Thank you very much.
