I wanted my breaks looked at. The guy on the phone quoted me $150 for a brake pads. I made an appointment for the following week. I dropped it off and asked for another quote to make sure the price was the same. Now they’re telling me it’ll be $250 ($120 an hour). I think thats kinda wild just to change two rear brake pads on a fairly new car with no rust. after I called back and said I think $250 is insane they said $200. at this point I feel like they were just messing with me and they changed their labor rate from $80 an hr to $120. So I said I just wanted my car back. When I picked it up they wanted to charge me $40 to look at it (which proves that they do only charge $80 an hour for labor). At this point i’m annoyed. Also, i’m somewhat new to the area. Some people who recommended this place said they don’t charge to look at it and some people said they charge $20. So of course, I question them about the $40 to look at the breaks very calmly. The guy immediately got defensive and was extremely rude. could’ve just been chill and talked to me like a normal person and I would’ve paid it, no problem. Won’t be going there again for obvious reasons. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a woman new to the area. Seems like they enjoy taking advantage of people who don’t know better? idk T&L enterprises is right down the road and will be doing my breaks for a fair price! Would drive the extra 10 minutes and just go there :)

Called to get tires changed over. made the appointment 10 days in advance and even called back a few days later asking if they could order a bearing for my wheel as it was failing and needed to be replaced before I moved away. Was told it shouldn't be a problem and when I stressed it needed to be done because I was driving many miles, "I don't see why not" is what I was told. I had also mentioned a few other issues I was suspicious of but didn't want fixed. Was very clear I wanted the tire changeover and the bearing fixed. Show up to pick up my car, no work has been done. They claimed they couldn't reach me to ask what I wanted for work which might be true, but when I asked what was wrong they rattled off the list of things I gave them ( some of which has turned out to not be actual issues). They didn't charge me but what a waste of time.

Great business. They are honest, prices are very fair, and they do great work. They replaced my back brakes and were very thorough and did it while I waited. They took my car as soon as I showed up and started the work right away. I highly recommend them.
