Wonderful experience with Simon! He guided us through what the Green Egg is, does and will be for the next years to come. He’s very knowledgeable, gave us tips from his own experience and others on what to expect. He really made us feel that it was the right purchase for us. We went home very happy and a few hours later he came to deliver it with his coworker Glen. They patiently set up the Green Egg while explaining every single part and accessory. I was very impressed with their customer service especially having Simon share his expertise and experience. Can’t wait to start grilling!!!

I had such a nice experience at this hardware store. Kaleb was the sweetest and most helpful salesperson. I arrived to the store right before closing time and you would think he would be super annoyed by my questions and request for super heavy potting soil but nope, he was so polite and I had everything I needed in minutes. Landon kindly helped me load up my soil in the car and away I went, one happy flower farmer. Thank you guys for making my shopping experience a great one! Keep up the good work!

All the staff were very friendly and The assistant manager Simon, was super knowledgeable and helpful hooking me up with a new ladder for a painting job. Would definitely recommend.
