I had a crappy night when my tire completely blew off, but AAA sent over Randy’s Towing and it turned the whole experience around. From the moment Randy arrived, he was polite, kind, and professional. He clearly explained the price upfront, which I really appreciated—no surprises, just honesty. We ended up having a two-hour ride back home, and we talked the whole way. Randy was genuinely nice, easy to talk to, and made a stressful situation feel so much lighter. I live in Illinois and hit a deer while on a road trip in Maine. Randy towed me through AAA and I couldn't have been more grateful for him! As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable with Randy and felt I could trust him right away. Randy sat in the car with my for about 20 minutes post-tow and helped me decide the next steps and logistics of what to do next. Then Randy waited for me while I got a rental car so I could take my time loading and unloading into the other car. Randy is knowledgeable about cars and is great at what he does, but more importantly is super helpful and cares about his customers' safety. Thank you again for everything, Randy!
