I was in Maine from Boston to help my parents move and my car wouldn’t start. I called AAA after I couldn’t jump start my battery. It was 5 degrees and I thought I would have to wait hours. Hunter, the tech called me and was there is a half hour! He went above and beyond to help me ?He quickly assessed the problem by crawling under my car in the snow and ice. He not only towed my car to Ellsworth but went into the service location with me to see if they could order the parts I needed. We had to go to 2 different service places to find what we needed. I felt so comfortable knowing that Hunter was making sure I would be in good hands with the repair. Being from out of town this was very reassuring! If you are lucky enough to have Hunter come to your aid, you will feel like he was an angel sent to help?

I called Triple A for fuel assistance; I live in a rural area and knew I wouldn't have enough gas to make it back into Ellsworth. The same young man who came by in the spring to jump my car battery arrived and I was so impressed with him. Hard worker, high school student who is clearly a go-getter. It is so, so nice to see in this day and age when half of humans don't seem to want to work. I hope DC Towing knows the value of this employee! Super happy with the service, both times. Thanks!
