The hours here are really inconvenient with random weekly closIngs and half-days. They aren’t even open Monday’s - logically, when people have done house and yard work over the weekend and need to services of the transfer station. The town offices are open on Mondays but not Fridays and the transfer station is open on Fridays but not Mondays - why not synchronize the municipal location schedules? Blue Hill/Surrey has lower taxes than Falmouth but has a stellar dump and swap shop that is open virtually every day of the year. How so?

Overpriced, terrible hours, poor facility. Moved from Yarmouth which has a very nice facility for $25/year and is open the full weekend. Falmouth charges per trash bag ($3/bag) and is closed Sundays and open half days the rest of the week. Very unimpressed.
