What an amazing place to buy Auto Parts! I walked in and was greeted right away. The staff were so helpful. I needed new wiper blades and a headlamp. They went out in the freezing weather and installed everything. Definitely earned my future Business!!

Counter # 264138 The ladies that helped me get the correct brake fitting for my master cylinder are the saviors of the project I set out to do today. I went to 2 other stores and they didnt have the fitting I needed. Went to oreillys and they truly helped. Greatly appreciated and tha ks so much #Offgridgarage207

I have a hole video of this on my YouTube channel @JMBlueNose with all that happened. As i ordered part said would call at 10 am when came in no call then I called at 11:30 am said oh it will be in at 12 to 12:30 pm instead we will call you then. Still no call by 2:20 pm called again to be told that it has been there after waiting all day then we get there to get it to double check that its the right part told it was paid got to vehicle in parking lot to google it found was not even the right part!! Went in to get the correct part for the employee to keep scrolling past it then put the Mopar number i had to find in the computer to tell me that they are not even able to order it!! Compleat waist of a day as well as the $10 of gas to go there even!! Worst experience out of any O'Reilly store or any part store ever. Then I tried to call for price and they are not even able to find the account after. Its just very poor of any knowledge of the system or anything of any automotive parts for this location and another. Because they are polite don't make it better for the incredible lack of knowledge they should have for their job
