I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard over the phone when asking for a quote on a new bike. He shared all of the knowledge I could want and was transparent throughout. I went to Central Maine Powersports just to browse around. After talking with my salesman and going over some options I found the wheeler that was best for me and what I was looking for. After making the choice, Jake in finance made everything else a breeze. Explained the process and was able to secure me a good interest rate with the payment amount I wanted. I called these guys this summer and asked about Trading a 23MXZ sport with 3600 miles a few extras like brand new, a 19 XRSMXZ with a few extras with 1500 miles, a 2020 MXZ carb with a few extras and about 3600 miles, and a 2013 XF 800 Snow pro With 6000 miles, they told me they couldn’t make me an offer without seeing the sleds or even give me a ballpark So I brought them all the way down there and they offered me 12 grand for all four Which I should’ve known better, I guess still pisses me off. They couldn’t give me a ballpark But the best part is each sled had a brand new $350 cover From the manufacturer when I noticed they were no longer in my trailer I tried to call them and they said oh they never had any cover Nothing but a bunch of weasel down there
