I have been looking for a car to fit my family that was in my budget with having not such a great score. It has been such a headache and draining to say the least. I Happen to find Craft Cars on my way to Market Basket and applied and thought I would give it a try. I applied right online was contacted via text message from Karen who is amazing who walked me through the steps I needed to get done and set me up with the credit union to not only be able to purchase a vehicle, but to help build my credit. She did a lot of the footwork for me, which was such a stress relief. Mike, great pleasurable guy very upfront Very professional! I cannot say enough, how thankful and appreciative I am for the both of them! They truly made this car buying experience, a walk in the park! I got to drive home with my new car at the same day I applied for it! Mike even had the car warming up for me before I arrived thankful for that as it was freezing!! If your looking for honest, upfront, postive and professional dealers this is the place to go! Thanks Mike and Karen you truely are the best!!

Great business to work with, unfortunately couldn't follow through on the purchase due to life shifts, but Mike was super friendly super kind and very helpful. Without me having to ask, they were willing to drive a car to a Toyota dealer for a separate Multi Point Inspection, and didn't require I travel to the location for it. Mechanic also attested that their techs do good work and there refurbishments was top tier. Would shop there again.
