I'd actually give it a zero. I came in because the last time I was here. They counted my bottles, when I came in this time, they told me to use the machine. I had 7 and a half bags of bottles. So of course, I was aggravated. I asked the guy, which was the owner. The last time I came in here, they counted them. You know, when did you guys change this? and just tried to have a conversation with him. But he was aggravated and like hostile towards me from the get-go. He basically told me, you can take your bottles home and count them and then come back or you can use my machine. So I decided with my daughter to stay and do it because everywhere else (if they were open) was gonna do the same thing. Anyway, I stayed. I counted my bottles almost 3 bags through He actually let me take the bottles and count them in a bin. I was very nice to him. I was very thankful. But of course, he kept making it a point to let me know that he was making it easy on me by letting me do that. So my blood's boiling, but I shut my mouth and keep going. now I could have went off on this man from the second I came into the place. But I didn't. So I counted my bottles after I did, he says something to me like, well, if you had someone coming into your business saying, how you should run it And that, you know, it's crazy that they don't do this And they don't do that. I'm supposed to trust you on how much you counted. And with your tickets from the machine. He was saying something along the lines of you know. There's other places that you can go to and then I stopped him. And I said, so are you telling me that you don't want my business? You don't want me to come here. And he's like, yep, that's exactly what I'm saying. I don't want your business. I don't need it. So I was almost completely surprised thinking to myself, This man isn't going to give me my money, but he did. the second I had my money in my hand. I let him know what I thought of him at first I was very nice and I said, listen I don't know why you're holding onto something from the time I came in here. But that's pretty ridiculous. I was being very nice to you this whole time. I did nothing wrong and he said, well, if everybody came into your business saying this And that and I said, well, then, obviously your people are doing the wrong thing If you're saying that everybody that comes in here is, mad, that you guys dont count the bottles. So check your what your people are doing. Instead of getting mad at your customers. I would recommend not going into this place,.Not just because of the experience I had, but because of the way he talks to people, he's all about, oh, Americans think that they have the right for everything. And Americans this and that.. so he's way off way off the the chart Somewhere. So you know, not just because of my situation, like I said, but this man is not nice to people at all. I would recommend not going in.

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience. I was nervous going for the first time with tons of bottles and no idea how the process worked, but the man running the facility was amazing: extremely kind and helpful. With his help, the process was extremely efficient and enjoyable, so much so that I will in the future drive out of my way to bring cans and bottles there! Highly recommend.
