If you are considering using this shop, please think twice. I brought my Audi in a few weeks ago just to have someone let me know all the major components were still looking and running well. I wasn’t getting any symptoms, just wanted to make sure because we had a long drive coming up. They had us pay the $115 and told us it looked fine. They specifically said the spark plugs looked great. And not even 24 hours later it began to choke and sputter on the highway leaving us stranded waiting for a tow for two hours, missing work. I took it to a different shop because I figured this place missed whatever it was the first time. I got a code for cylinder 3 misfire and replaced that ignition coil. Didn’t fix it so we replaced the other 3 ignition coils. Didn’t work so we replaced the third cylinder fuel injector. Didn’t work. So we were so puzzled and completely out of money at this point when our mechanic dismantled the engine to check the spark plugs himself. He said, and I quote, “they were coated in oil”. The only other place that had just checked my spark plugs was THIS PLACE. Before ANYTHING was actually wrong with it. So this place either carelessly spilled oil into the plug wells, or did it intentionally hoping I would come back. They saw I was nervous that something could be wrong with the car and personally I believe they did this intentionally. Possibly because I asked if they would let us do half down and pay the rest in a few days and they said no, but I ended up paying right there so I could get my car. I paid for these people to later cost me over $600. So I would pick another shop if I were you.

Very clean and professional, my Jeep was completed in a timely manner. Very pleasant group of people. Cared and listened to my wants and needs in regards to my vehicles maintenance schedule. While at the shop I inquired about having preventive maintenance done. All fluids exchanged and flushed, serpentine belt replacement to include the tensioner assembly and idler pully. The quotes all seemed fair until I had time to research and review them. In particular the parts for belt repairs were in some cases 87% over retail, which we know shops pay whole sale. So the percentages are actually higher. I drove to Auto Zone purchased the parts drove home, and replaced them myself. It took me longer to drive back and forth from Auto Zone than it took for me to replace all belt components. Which was 8 minutes, 12 minutes if you count the time it took to put my tools away and I'm no mechanic what so ever. I saved 365.00 on the belt repairs and another 125.00 on the maintenance. I used the same quality parts you were going to use. You provided the part numbers on the estimate which were easily Google searched. Only to find the outrageous mark up. And the parts stores warranty the parts 12/12. New to Maine, I thought I found a repair shop I could trust, sadly I was mistaken. I would not recommend.
