This review is long overdue. We've been going to Everett's Auto for over 15 years, Bert and the team are absolutely incredible. They are fair, they are honest, they communicate well, they under promise and over deliver which is rare for any business let alone an auto repair shop. Here are a few examples. 1. We owned a Ford E550 box truck and when it was time to get it inspected (in NH) Portsmouth Ford told us it needed rear brakes and axel seals. They quoted us almost $2,000... which seemed crazy. I brought it to Bert and... the only thing it needed was rear brake shoes, the axel seals were totally fine. Price from Bert including parts and labor was just under $400. 2. We have a Volvo XC90 and the starter started acting up, Volvo dealer quoted over $2,500. It is a PITA of a job as you have to drain the coolant and remove the radiator and a bunch of other stuff to get at the starter. Called Bert, dropped it off and $700 later it was all set. 3. A good friend of mine's Tacoma had a bad exhaust rattle, the Toyota dealer quoted him over $500 to diagnose and fix it. He brought it to Bert... Bert called him that afternoon and said it was all set.... a heat shield had come lose, they fixed it. Bert initially told my friend he didn't want any money as it only took them 10 minutes to fix it... my friend gave him $100 when he picked it up. Seriously, I'm sure that you might think this is all BS but I promise it's not.

Can't thank them enough for helping my daughter (from MA) doing a clinical in ME for college get back on the road. She drove in, they diagnosed and replaced the part within 30 minutes!! unheard of, and then charged next to nothing. It's good to see honest and reliable people still exist. Thanks soo much for saving her.

Great service! We had our car towed there late Friday afternoon. I received a call 9 AM the next morning, Saturday morning, that the car was fixed and ready to go! Thank you very much!
