Tristan was awesome! I went through the car wash once and I didn’t feel like the front number got cleaned! So they let me go through again and these guys scrubbed! They really scrubbed it well the first time too! Great customer service! Great car wash! Tristan is top notch!

I purchased a membership here bc I love being able to vacuum my car after getting a wash however, this wash has left multiple scratches on my vehicle and I’ve also had to go through the was multiple times to get sticky wax off from the car in front of me when I didn’t order wax. I brushed off the first few scratches bc I wasn’t sure it came from the wash but now I’m positive as there are blatant scratches on my hood that weren’t there before after washing. My car is only 3 years old. I highly advise against this wash if you have a newer car.

This is my go-to car wash in Annapolis. They are very pleasant and professional, and they have a wide range of levels of service. I have not jponed as a member, which is one option for frequent customers. As a retiree on a fixed income, I can pop over there for the basic $8.00 wash. They have a line of extra powerful vacuums outside (the best setup I have seen). There is a vacuum hose for each side of your car. I do the vacuuming myself, but there is plenty of room to work, even when there are cars in the adjacent spaces.
