I had an emergency situation and needed my parts to get my car up and running. Napa in Eldersburg, Maryland saved the day. Mr. Harry went above and beyond to get my parts from another Napa location so that I could get my car fixed. He was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. Thanks to Harry, I was able to get my car repaired. This Napa location and staff deserve five stars. I highly recommend doing business with them. They have quality parts and reasonable prices. NAPA of Eldersburg is the complete opposite of my experience at the Clinton location. The store was extremely clean and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. The staff was amazing — truly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to assist me without making me feel like just another number being rushed out the door. The music selection set the perfect vibe and made the whole experience even better. What really stuck with me was a great quote one of the team members said — “We don’t just find parts… we find solutions.” That line is definitely #trendingfavorably in my mind because it perfectly captures how they treat their customers. I really appreciated the high level of service and the genuine effort they put into helping me. Highly recommend this location — they’ve definitely earned my business!
