I was introduced to CARSTAR through my insurance company after a minor accident. After my own internet search of nearby auto body shops, I was not enthusiastic about any of them. The reviews sounded good, yet there was always a “but”. When my insurance company provided reputable shops that they work with directly, I looked into the first one on the list. The reviews for CARSTAR were absolutely amazing regarding auto body work, professionalism and communication - after reading a significant percentage of the reviews - I decided to give them a shot. I am beyond happy that I did. Everything that I read in the many reviews was EXACTLY what I experienced or even above and beyond! The first conversation I had about bringing my car was compassionate, inviting and informative (I had never had to have body work on a vehicle). Everyone that I communicated with throughout the process was super friendly and knowledgeable. Jen is PHENOMENAL at her job and it shows through her communication and customer service - she was one step ahead of the questions I had throughout the entire process and communicated every step of the way. The care and perfection that my vehicle received has succeeded my expectations - even a car wash and detail. I would ABSOLUTELY do business with CARSTAR again, I will absolutely refer a family member, friend, coworker or acquaintance of their above and beyond services! Thank you CARSTAR.

Awesome experience! Everyone was kind, professional, and notified me on a daily basis the progress of my vehicle. When I got my car back, I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been detailed inside as well As the repair to the back end of my car.
