I highly recommend Absolute Auto Repair Center - Fitchburg! They completed a safety check, changed a tire, handled my state inspection, and took care of general maintenance quickly and professionally. The best part was when my hood wouldn’t open — they took the time and effort to carefully get it open and replace the necessary parts so it wouldn’t happen again. Their patience, skill, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s such a relief to find an auto shop you can truly trust!

This was my first experience with absolute auto repair. I chose them based on the reviews. I have been going to Demers on Summer Street in Fitchburg for decades, Then they suddenly went out of business. I had a check engine light on that we believed was related to the thermostat. I found them to be very efficient and have excellent communication about the issues. I also appreciated them doing the inspection and passing on potential repairs needed in the future. I did have a new thermostat installed. I dropped it off the night before and had it the next day by 3 PM. Everything seems to be working fine. I plan to return and have other maintenance repairs done.
