I just went in for an oil change … I had no intention of selling my Ram and then I met Kendall… enthusiastic as hell about the product and as I was leaving asked her to put some numbers together for me… Again I didn’t want to sell my truck … the numbers were good and she made them better … I couldn’t resist. She’s a very low pressure salesperson and super efficient. I recommend her and the dealership very highly!

After buying my 50k truck used low mileage Hellcat my wife brought it back stating it didn't actually pass massachusetts state inspection due to the right hand wiper blade ripped, almost falling off. Oh ya the the air filter wasn't connected and it was sucking in dirty air. Now I'm talking about the next day after picking ot up. My wife went to the service manager who very rudely told her." If you wanted a new car you should have bought one. She called me crying. So I went there. Again was rude to me too. I told him he was way out of line and never talk to my wife again like that. I am a Triple Master Technician who had my own business for 30 years. So I talked to Paul the owner he knew who i was. I want feedback from you Paul..not just one of your puppets. What did you do about it? Ya got my number. I realize the mechanic didn't have alot of experience and most likely got fired.And the Service manager was most likely overworked that day. My biggest question is who the shop Forman was,who's supposed to check every Mechanics work the day my hellcat left that building.. It's really his fault in my mind? Did he pay a price for that? It's his responsibility to make sure techs get trained properly. I've have trained countless techs how to do there jobs. Your Supposed star rating across the board at high numbers is mostly based on Google.com . Any one who works for you or family members can pretend to be a happy customer. I truly hope you fixed it by now And yes the Salesmen aren't your problem. If you csnt find the correct Shop Forman. I'll do it and twist it in the right direction.

Kendall and her team are rock stars! I made a custom order and everything went perfectly. Kendall was the primary with assist from Bryan and Harry. Very professional, knowledgeable and outright nice people. Kendall’s knowledge and efficiency was stellar. She’s excellent! It’s one of the best “car dealer” experiences I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many negative ones through the years). I’d order another car from her in a minute. It was a great, fun experience.
