The younger gentleman is so kind and helpful. The older short guy with gray hair who never comes out of the hut is always rude and brusque, like he just doesn’t want to deal with people. So the stars are for the younger guy

Worst recycling people ive ever had to deal with. They drive by my recycling bin every week without picking it up. I have months worth of cardboard building up because they never take it. If you try and call they dont answer they just send u to a voicemail. Im being forced to pay for this program that i dont get any benefits from.

This is consistently one of the worst run programs I’ve ever seen. Over the years I’ve had drivers skip pick up regularly. Why? Who the heck knows. In most towns the recycling and sanitation workers are some of the hardest working people there are. Apparently not true here.
