My father (a retired mechanic of 40 plus years) came with me to inspect a 2011 Saab 9-5. He rarely walks away from a car inspection with praise for a vehicles condition; he did on this car. His attention to detail and thoroughness on my request went above and beyond my expectations. Ali listened to my terms of condition and was happy to meet all the terms. He made himself available at all times and responded to my text messages within minutes. I highly recommend doing business with Saugus Auto Mall especially with Ali. The interior of the dealership is nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. Ali and I had coffee as the final touches were being taken care. I never felt pressured or intimidated; it truley was an amazing and pleasurable experience.

I live in Northeast PA and found the car I wanted at Saugus Auto Mall online, and after having an inspection done, went and picked up the car. Ali was very helpful and polite. When I arrived he had the car washed and filled with gas for me. I looked around the lot and it seemed like the rest of the cars they had they were in very good condition. This is definitely not one of those "beater" used auto lots, all the cars seem to be cared for and well maintained by both previous owners and the Saugus Auto Mall staff. I was worried that the car was not going to be in the condition that Ali had assured me it was, but I can confirm that he was telling the truth about the condition of the car and can vouch for his trustworthiness. Highly Recommend.
