The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the people working there are friendly. The place is open when the town hall is not. The only number for the place is town hall which obviously won't answer when they are closed. You can only get a sticker to dump there from town hall, which if it is closed, you wasted a trip. On top of that a sticker costs $130, not for a year, but for their sticker cycle. So you have to make sure you get a sticker at the right time. Terrible system. And there's no way to know any of this if it is a time when the town hall is closed but the facility is open, because it's not on their website and there is no one to call. Even though they are open later than most waste management places, it's not worth it.

I am so sad to see that all of the recycled creations have been removed from the center. Thus reuse of materials into art is the epitome of recycling. I understand that the removal was due to maintenance issues but I think that much of the art could have been salvaged. A once boring landfill came to life with imagination of a few employees. Very sad!!!!!!

although the decorations are gone, the people who created the great work of "upcycled " art are there and always pleasant. Great dump, maybe the best dump i have ever been to,.
