As a truck driver I liked the experience of delivering parts to this facility as the security guard and the shipping/receiving staff were all polite and welcoming with a smile and explained to me what should I do and where should I go with simple instructions. The building generally is big and clean and easy to drive inside and has signs everywhere. I particularly went to J Dock only and it was night time. They got my trailer unloaded/loaded in less than 45 minutes. The picture shows the Entrance for Semi Trucks. E Grand Blvd & Trombly St. When you arrive wear your safety vest/working shoes & have your trailer’s manufacture and DOT inspection dates ready.

THE OLD WOLF

Twice now, I've visited this location and both times I've waited over six hours. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff has been consistently unprofessional. They've come across as rude and dismissive “I feel like they hate drivers but I’m sure they hate themselves”. The overall environment is disorganized and unclean. What I found most inconsiderate was the placement of the driver waiting area directly in front of the restroom. I hope future improvements can be made to ensure a more positive experience for everyone. For truckers' reference, the truck entrance is located at the intersection of E Grand Blvd and Trombly St.
