Jason took great care of us when our vehicle had a flat on the toll road in the middle of the night! He was timely, got our vehicle to the dealership and updated us with a text and pictures when he dropped our car off. We appreciated how professionally he communicated with us, and how he took care of our car. If needed, we would use Grand Towing again, and would definitely recommend to others.

It's a shame I can only give 5 stars. Grand Beach Towing is worth 10 at least. They came quick after one phone call. Jason was professional and friendly. Jason treated my motorcycle as if it were his own. Their equipment was top notch. Had my bike on the flat bed and strapped in no time. Thanks for rescuing me from the side of the road.

We were in Michigan for my birthday and our car basically blew up in New Buffalo 3 miles from literally ANYTHING. No cell service or anything at all. After we got to a hotel we called them at about Midnight and completely shocked by everything and blessed that we weren't hurt...The gentleman on the phone sent his son to get us so we could take him to the car. His son was here with the tow truck before we got off phone with his dad and mom who were already getting things in motion to ensure we could get back home. Absolutely amazing service from this family and they'll never know the blessing they were to us!!
