They were quick and efficient but the did come in a little low on the appraisal but I could live wit it because I did not have to spend a lot of time chasing other companies they came to me and picked up my vehicle and handed me a check so awesome convenience

Communication was either redundant or non-existent: * redundant: Before completing this transaction, three different people asked the same questions about title status, key availability, and vehicle condition. * non-existent: On Monday, a pickup was scheduled for Tuesday, with the expectation that the tow truck driver would call in advance with a specific time. Tuesday came and went, but nobody called. On Wednesday, I reached out to find out what went wrong, and got the pickup rescheduled for the same day, again with the expectation that a tow truck driver would call in advance. That did not happen. Instead, the shop where my vehicle was located called me to say that a driver was there to pick up the car, and was trying to write a check _to the shop_ for it.
