I came in on Monday at 3:45PM with a wheel bearing issue on a 2022 equinox. They got it diagnosed along with other things as part of their 52 point inspection. Parts were ordered within 10 minutes and the car was ready for pick up at 5:45PM. They were still pulling cars in well after closing. Excellent mechanic! Megan and Stephanie were also a great help at the front desk ??

Got my car in 02/25/2026 for general checkup. The team was friendly, they got me an estimate in timely manner, fixed all the things we agree on, got the car back in the same day. They gained by business, I will be coming back for further maintenance and repairs. If you are in the area I would recommend this shop .

Love these folks !! Especially the service managers up front MEGAN and Rich as well ! I was overdue for a fuel filter change and With the super cold splendiferous swimmingly wonderful Michigan weather lately. It was felled like a mighty oak tree giving way to the hammer of the gods yesterday while on the expressway. Suddenly I couldn't go more than 50 mph. I called these folks and explained the situation and I could tell they were very busy ( and they were indeed very busy ) . I also did not mention that I had my dog with me.... Thinking that may hurt my chances when I mentioned that I would have to wait inside the car with our dog. NOPE. Silly me! They loved him they were incredibly kind and attentive. Very friendly honestly felt like everyone there was just a big family. They turned an incredibly stressful and tense situation into a great afternoon. I did not think having an unexpected car issue could actually make ones day BETTER. But it did and it was these folks that did it. They also did not feed me any bologna about needing to replace my FLUX CAPACITOR or top off my BLINKER FLUID. They got right to brass tacks and took care of the issue I had . So in short Thank you so much MEGAN and Rich and you will have my business in the future ! STAY SMOOTH MORISETTE AUTO ? ✌? ✌? ☮️❤️
