The absolute worst company to deal with or have issues resolved. I bought a car MONTHS AGO and never received a title, good luck getting anyone who speaks proper English on the phone they just make a "support ticket" and tell you wait 1 business day. Even if you give them a week you'll hear nothing back. It's a disgrace to have people spend thier money if they don't even get the things they NEED. Never again will I buy any car off copart due to this experience.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Don't walk—run away from this place. I bought a vehicle over three months ago and still have not received my title. I have called several times and even gone in person to request my title, and I am consistently given the runaround or a new excuse as to why it hasn't shipped. They no longer respond to my emails, and I am now seeking legal help to acquire the title. Never in my life have I encountered such an ignorant and lazy group of people. Stay far away from this establishment. Do better, Copart!!"

Co Part picked up my auto May 21st 2025 thru State Farm. They made a mistake. Insurance paid $2097 Aug 13th for my vehicle. Didn't find out until December 17th 2025 co part still has my vehicle and was trying to charge me again for the bill. State Farm has been on the phone constantly with them . Keep saying there going to bring it back to me. Its Jan 7th 2026 and still no vehicle and all my contents in the vehicle are MIA along with Co Part wanted insurance company to send an invoice to get my belongings back. STATE LAW NOTHING IS TO BE REMOVED FROM VEHICLE PERIOD!! THERE A COMPANY THAT RIPS OFF THE PUPLIC!!
