I recently stopped in for an alternator and at for there was almost a misunderstanding of what I heard over the phone (which wasn’t a big deal anyway) but before the situation had a chance to go any further Joe was stepped right in to deescalate, keep a customer, and at the same time still make the sale at its request full price. Joe helped a customer that he did not know. I appreciate that and goes a long way even making a sale. He showed that there are still decent human beings no matter who you are.
