EDIT: My original review was 2 stars, but that's since been bumped up to 4 due to the company reaching out and giving me fantastic customer service through apologizing for and further remedying their mistake. I can now say with confidence that I trust this company with how it treats its clients, and I feel comfortable coming back again, as well as recommending it to others. ORIGINAL (OUTDATED): They charged me for an oil change, then didn't change my oil. Called them up and they changed the oil with no further charge to me on the day I called, but it's still a concern when they charge me for something that they never did. The other repairs I brought my car in for went smoothly, as far as I can tell. It still makes me question how much was really done to the car and what they actually charged me for. I don't feel comfortable coming here again.
