I had a rock hit my windshield. I chose Romeo Auto Glass to fix my windshield. I filed a claim with my insurance company . Romeo Auto Glass (Cathy) said she would take care of the $99 deductible. I make an appointment today to get my windshield replaced. She would not honor her price and tried to charge me the $99. Taking my business elsewhere.

Local, trustworthy, honest and professional! Very hard to find an honest shop these days and Romeo Auto Class is top notch. Wife took her truck in to get a chip fixed and instead of telling her it was going to be $139 for the repair like Safe Lite, they informed her that it wasn’t actually deep enough to spread but they would fill it in and smooth it out free of charge. Couldn’t have been any more impressed with the service provided and will drive the extra miles for that type of service. Highly recommended!

This place is trash. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. All I needed was a simple front windshield fixed and they couldn’t even do that right. I noticed a huge scratch before even leaving this business. They told me an hour wait was expected. Took almost two hours. Didn’t have time for them to “polish” it out so scheduled an appointment two days later to come back and get it finished. Came back that two days later and he (the owner) said it would only take 30 minutes. I waited an hour and ten minutes today and they returned my car with a visible scratch. Let me remind you I was dealing with the owner (what a joke). He told me if he had more time he could get it out didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience after he found out I lived over 30 minutes from the stupid shop and it would’ve been the third time coming to this buisness. Please read these reviews in full before wasting not only your time. BUT MONEY.
