“AVOID CLEARWATER TRUCK CENTER” POOR workmanship and Overpriced labor costs. I took my truck to Clearwater Truck Center to have front leaf springs installed (which I provided). During the process, they informed me that my front brakes needed replacement due to a cracked shoe. I approved the brake job and also requested front shocks, an alignment, and new Firestone FS591 tires to match my existing ones. When I picked up the truck, it was still pulling to one side, and they had installed the wrong tires—Bridgestones instead of the Firestones I requested. I brought it back, and their technician claimed my axle was bent, which they don’t fix. However, when I took it to a reputable alignment shop, they found that Clearwater had incorrectly installed the axle shim block. Once corrected, the truck drove perfectly straight. A week after the brake job, I started hearing squeaking and clicking noises from the front end. When I brought it back, they first said it just needed to be re-torqued, but that didn’t fix the issue. After another visit, they said the brakes might need a warranty claim but doubted it would be covered—and expected me to pay again for a second brake job! After paying **$6,500** for labor and some parts, I ended up with: - A botched brake job that started making noise within a week - The wrong tires despite my specific request - An alignment mistake that caused unnecessary pulling - Excuses instead of accountability If you value your truck and your money, **stay far away from Clearwater Truck Center**. They don’t stand behind their work, and their mistakes cost me time and money.

Very bad service I will get to get the DOT my truck and my trailer and they overpriced me. Usually it’s like $80 each one that’s what it was like now the year ago in Ali Minnesota, but this service guys they doing something different when they failed the truck on the trailer, they told me we can repair and I told them like you know that I can repair somewhere cheaper than you guys, and I will return it usually when you do that way, and you fail the service They do and recheck what they did failed the truck on the trailer and they put a sticker on it usually that’s what the Alberly T but do that for this guys they told me you’re paying the same price again which is something ridiculous and I never seen that so I will never recommend recommended anybody to repair his truck in this shop. they have very rude guys and very bad and overpriced.
