“Really disappointed, the part was fine, but the communication was not there. The part that I got had a different connector than the part that I needed. When I asked about the return or exchange policy (before leaving the property), I was told that I need to examine the product before paying. The problem is that they would not remove the part without me paying first, and customers are not allowed to go back and look at the parts before they are removed. Therefore, I must pay before I can see it, and yet it's my responsibility to check the product before paying. I was then told that I should have texted photos of my connector to the office phone before ordering.(Why am I supposed to assume that the office phone is a cell phone rather than a landline?) I was also told that next time I need to have my VIN number available so that they can make sure that it's the right part before I pay. The problem with that is that I had told them over the phone that I have the VIN number if they need it, and I was told that it wasn't necessary. When I showed them the photo of the connecter on my wire harness, they said, "I have no idea what that is." It was a really confusing and frustrating situation, and I feel like I was tricked into paying for an un-returnable part before I was allowed to see it. In hindsight, I know that I should have been more proactive about questioning before I paid, but I was not. I will gladly admit that part is my fault. Long story short, the product is probably good quality, but I will never know because it's not the right product for my car, and I can't afford to buy the correct product right now because I just spent all that money on an incorrect product that I'm not able to return or exchange. If you order here, be VERY thorough with making sure that you and the staff member are on the same page about the product, because there is no leeway or grace in a miscommunication or lack of communication, and it's always the customer's fault.”
