Terrible experience twice. DO NOT USE Craigen Tow!!! They pickup the AAA dispatch before anyone else can and then they lie about when they will arrive. The first time it happened to me it was 99t degrees and I was stranded with a broken down car for 2 hours . The second time my husband was the victim and they kept changing their arrival time until after 2 hours he had to get AAA to get someone else.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Brian the driver from this tow company. On a very hot day & not so great situation due to an unexpected car problem. He turned it already with his impeccable, kind service. He was patient and gentle with my mom and I while retrieving our vehicle and picking us up. What an amazing human!
