I had my power driver's side window repaired 12-27-23. It broke again today after barely using it for the past year and a half, and i was told the warranty for the (shoddy) part was expired and i have to pay full price for another repair, which i cannot afford, because fixed income. Be embarrassed that this is the quality of parts that are shipped out and don't even last 2 years with minimal usage.

Went in for parts for one vehicle which were not in stock but while I was there I needed an oil filter for my daughters car. The kid came back with a wix filter and I asked why it was shorter than the other brands I buy. I've never asked anyone to pick out a filter for me before. He stated they changed the filter for that vehicle. I asked 3 times that it was indeed for a 3.5 engine and he assured me it was. Installed and it did tighten up. But as my daughter was driving apparently it back off and ruined her motor. Do not buy from these jokers. They do not listen and don't know what they are talking about
