got a flat tire and stranded on the side of the road, just needed a rubber put on the rim would have taken all of 10 minutes but they're booked out till June and couldn't fit that in. had to drive all the way to Lolo instead. Will never call again

Howdy, I just dropped my Dodge Journey off for it's regular oil change. And I got the wrong day!! But guess what, Tim's crew will work me in and get my car ready for a smallish road trip next week. Nice, friendly service, but also I know I can trust my car on this next trip. Tim's crew will check everything. And he will be honest and let me know... what can wait until next service and what would be best to happen NOW!! I've been bringing my car since 2020.. . And if I would have brought it a few months sooner... would have saved my a new Engine!! You know that little annoying light that comes on??? Other oil change places did not do anything about the light... and consequently the enging overheated and died!! Thank you to the crew at Executive Auto Service.... for keeping me SAFE on the road....

My wife and I have been customers for many years and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Not many shops are as thorough as Executive Auto. I took my Tacoma to another highly rated shop for years before finding Executive. The repairs done at the other shop were good however that's all they were, just repairs. For example, the struts had well over 100,000 miles on them but because they weren't showing any outward signs of failure I was never informed that they were well beyond their useful life. At highway speed with heavy loads I had sway issues. I even mentioned this to the other shop and they passed it off as just a factor of the weight I was carrying. Once Executive replaced the struts the sway was gone. If you just want to get back on the road cheaply and quickly and don't care that you may be shortening the life of your car or risking a breakdown then go somewhere else. If you are planning on keeping your vehicle for a long time and you want to minimize the risk of a breakdown I highly recommend Executive Auto.
