Love this place. It's so under utilized by everyone. I don't think people know how inexpensive this place is. I highly recommend check here first if you are planning any construction, home repair, or maintenance. Good people there too.

This is my go-to hardware and building supply store. No, the don't have everything, but they have a lot of what you probably need, including things that you can't find anymore. I've remodeled many different residential buildings and found Home Resource to be invaluable. Everything from very high end carpet and tile for small areas that cost me a fraction of new, to outdated replacement electrical and plumbing parts that saved the day. Lots of landscaping items, tools, even BBQ grills, ductwork and cabinets. Don't pay any attention to the (very few) negative reviews about price. Those people are comparing things like hardwood cabinets found here to IKEA junk. I've probably saved $20K over the years and supported a local business in the process. Plus, they are the best type of recycling: reusing. I even donate when I can and tell them when they are charging me too little. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and really do know where EVERYTHING is. Places like this are what makes Missoula a town worth living in.
