600 dollars to come out and get my car unstuck, not towed or anything else just to move it around, didn’t even have to lift it! So ridiculous and robbery! Also to add to this review we were stuck in the mountains for at least 9hours and we were getting scared as it was getting dark, as soon as he showed up he didn’t care about anything but money, I walked up to his truck and he says “how are you paying” I honestly think he would’ve left us there if we didn’t give him collateral

24 hour towing service but was told "earliest we could come is tomorrow." Asked what time and I was told "3 people are in line ahead of you, so noon at best." I said that's alright (my car was broken down in a safe area and I had other means of getting home & returning to the site later) and requested to be put on the schedule for then. They declined to schedule me & said to call in the morning--this call took place at about 7 p.m. on a Wednesday night. Alright, to each their own, I guess, sorry I bothered ya...

A1 Towing and Recovery towed a senior citizens truck after a medical event caused him to wreck. Your employee, Mario, is a wonderful human being and was so kind to this friend and helped him to afford the tow. I recommend this business and would give it a 10 star review if possible.
