Joe came to find my sister outside of cell service, after dark, even though AAA gave him a location about 10-15 miles away from her actual location. He was punctual and professional, got the stricken minivan as well as the trailer safely home - and even helped move the trailer into the right spot afterwards. Really went above and beyond, thank you so much Joe for saving the day!!!
