Very bad experience!! Middle of the week night we called at 9:00 p.m. Because it said it was a 24-hour service. Could barely understand them needed a tow for a Nissan ev. Told she would be 30 to 60 minutes. To pay my credit card we had to voice okay that for any cancellation we can charge for 50 to 100% of what we paid for the tow. Picked up or not. 11:00 p.m. We called to check on why it hadn't been delivered it's only a few miles from our house they told us it wouldn't be until 8:00 a.m. the next day before they can come pick it up. Had to call them at 9:15 a.m. To find out what's up. We're then told that for an extra $158 they could come. pick up our Nissan Leaf . Because the battery was dead and they didn't know how to put it in neutral. After some discussion with them we were told they would refund or money. Good luck... After calling around I'm told by more than of their competitors clrw towing had called and presented themselves as my insurance co. To get THEM to pick it up. At that point we knew nothing of the neutral problem. If they had just been up front to begin with and said "We can't pick up your car because..." I could have told them how to get it in neutral manually. It takes about 3 minutes to accomplish. VERY SKETCHY!

These guys and gals are the best. I was an idiot and put 15 gallons of gas in my diesel and they had it towed to the shop within a half hour and had my truck ready the next morning with 2 new filters and a full tank for $730. It would have costed me more to do it myself after they towed it to the destination. Bo and Kathy saved me big time. And the other tow truck driver that I forget his name. Definitely call them if you need help. You will be satisfied. Thanks friends!

Ben was awesome! He bailed us out at 8pm on a Mon after we had 2 RV tires blow within a few miles of each other. We were 15 miles north of Seeley Lake and he had us driving again in under 90 mins. Highly recommend Ben and his service. Very nice guy too—he was able to make a few jokes and lighten the stressful situation for my wife and I. Lastly, Ben charges standard everyday competitive prices compared to a standalone tire shop when he could be charging extra for his ability to mount and balance a tire in his shop in just a few minutes. Thank you Ben!
