I highly recommend Hatcher Mobile Service for all your diesel service needs. I am a transporter who experienced a breakdown in Omaha, Nebraska, and required a new flex plate for my Ram 5500. I yook my 94 Fleetwood Bounder to Hatcher. My Jack's were destroyed,they took my emergency brake off. I took originally for them to look at my generator they broke my alternator that has nothing to do with the generator. They caught the generators wiring harness on fire. They refused to fix anything they broke because I am handicapped and my spouse is Hispanic. After breaking all this they held my home for ransom of what they didn't fix. So after paying thousands of dollars my home was destroyed.

When one of our installation trucks broke down Hatcher Mobile Services was up to the task!! As the owner of a small business I appreciate how they made us a priority to get us back on the road. Hatcher Mobile Services had a new engine installed in less then a week!!! Awesome customer service and attention to detail taking care of a few future problems as well.
