If I could give zero stars, I would. My car was stuck at this shop for almost two months, and the experience from start to finish was unacceptable. There was no proactive communication at any point. I repeatedly had to call myself just to find out what was going on. Every update I received came only after I reached out — never from them. For a job that should have taken days or maybe a week, the timeline stretched into eight weeks with no clear explanation. To make matters worse, I had to coordinate between this shop, another shop, and my insurance company myself because no one here seemed willing or able to keep the repair moving. I ended up doing the legwork that the shop should have handled. When the car was finally ready, I was told I had to pay a 3% fee just to use my debit card — after they’d had my car for two months and I'd paid hundreds on renting a car. Considering the delays, the lack of updates, and the inconvenience of being without a vehicle for so long, and the constant disrespect, that was the final insult. In the end, the repairs may be done, (most of them outsourced to another shop!) but the experience was terrible. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop. There are plenty of places that communicate clearly, manage repairs professionally, don’t leave customers stranded for months without answers, and show their customers a at least a modicum if respect. Take your business elsewhere.
