My family has been using small, one bay mechanics for many years. When our recent mechanic retired, we had no choice but to look for someone else. I was fearful I was going to be charged too much. The team at Motorcar Alternatives is great! This is exactly the type of auto repair shop I’ve been looking for, and am so glad I found them. They are professional, thorough, and very reliable. We have had issues with other garages in the area, but the team at Motorcar Alternatives took care of everything we needed and even provided a courtesy loaner car so we didn’t have to wait. My car is as good as new and they were able to get everything finished within the time they quoted. It seems like quality of service seems to be slipping lately at many places, but that is definitely not the case here. I am so happy that I have found a trustworthy repair shop that can do it all. If your car needs any work, even if it’s just an oil change or an inspection, this is the BEST place to go!
