I now have had two experiences with this Company and both were 5 star. Having car issues can be stressful, but when you are dealing with a Company like Emerson's Towing it definitely helps! The new owner Chad couldn't be any nicer or more helpful! My first experience was about a month ago when my daughter called to tell me she had locked herself out of her car. It was about 10 p.m. and we were having trouble getting anyone to come help. Thankfully I finally stumbled upon Emerson Towing's phone number. Not only was Chad able to come out and help in a reasonable amount of time, but after he was able get the car unlocked and my daughter back in her vehicle, he cared enough to wait around to make sure her car started and she had no other issues before he left the area. We are not local, my daughter goes to school in that area, and we were very appreciative to hear from her that she felt comfortable and safe with Chad. Flash forward to today, my daughter's car died in the Target parking lot. Because of the great experience I had with this Company just weeks prior I didn't hesitate to call for assistance. Same as the first time, Chad was super helpful, great communication, fair price and on time! He was able to tow her vehicle to the repair shop we requested without incident. Although I hope I don't need his services again, I do have his number on speed dial now and won't hesitate if we have any more car issues! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Calling for a tow is an experience nobody wants to have. Generally speaking, if you're calling for help you're in a situation nobody wants to be in. Rest assured, you could not ask for a better company to come and help you. The owner Chad is not only incredibly professional and experienced, but he is also genuinely one the nicest people you could ask for to come bail you out of trouble. I needed help out of a rough situation that I got my vehicle into, a situation every other tow company around could not help me with. I called Emerson's out of options and out of hope. I explained the situation to Chad who warned me that the area I was in would be extremely difficult to get to, and that he wasn't sure if he would be able to get his truck there. He did however tell me one thing, that he would try. He brought his truck into a rough situation to help me out of a situation I had gotten myself into, knowing that it was possible he would get his own truck (a mission critical asset to his business, and his livelihood) stuck along with mine. When he arrived, I light at the end of the tunnel I had been stuck in for nearly 6 hours at that point. He got me out of a spot nobody else could, and went above and beyond to make sure I got all the way out of the woods before he considered the job complete and accepted payment. The entire time he was polite, kind, reassuring, and at no point did he make me feel like I was inconveniencing him or that I was dumb for getting myself into the situation I was in. I have never been happier to hand my credit card over, and never once dealt with another tow company that deserved my money as much as Chad and Emerson's Towing did. Professional service, fair pricing, and a genuinely kind person is what you can expect from Emerson's.

My friend’s truck recently needed extraction out of a very difficult location, one that other towing companies could not even assist with because of the road conditions. We called Emerson’s towing & Repairs and Chad’s response time was impressively fast. He showed incredible expertise in the extraction and was determined to get the truck back on the road. When you are in the stressful position of needing a tow, Chad is exactly who you want to come to your assistance. His professionalism and skill level was exceptional. You can be confident when you call that you will receive exceptional service. I can’t speak highly enough about Chad and this business.
